90 Days Diet To 55 Pounds Less
This diet is a very effective one. It will speed up your metabolism and you will lose a lot of weight. You can lose up to 55 pounds depending on your current weight and how much you will stick to it.
If you don’t want to lose that much weight, you can end it earlier. You should always eat in the following sequence: protein day, starch day, carbs day, and fruit day.
BREAKFAST: This diet is based on fruits, and you will consume fruit for the duration of the whole diet, i.e. 90 days. You should always consume same pair of fruits, for example: 2 oranges, 2 apples, a handful of berries, etc. Your diet should always start with protein day, and when you finish the sequence, you will start with the protein day all over again.
90 DAY DIET
You should never change the sequence of days!
DAY 1-PROTEIN DAY
Lunch: You should eat roast or boiled piece of meat, with a slice of bread. You can also eat salad as much as you want, and drink 200ml soup (no noodles). If you don’t feel like eating meat some days, you can eat 3 fried or boiled eggs. Cheese and milk are also allowed, but you should eat the dairy in smaller amounts than the meat and eggs.
Dinner: Your dinner will be the same as your lunch, but without the soup and the bread. So, if you ate meat for lunch, you should also eat meat for dinner. You shouldn’t eat for 4 hours in between your meals!
DAY 2– STARCH DAY
Lunch: You can choose from beans, peas, rice, or potatoes (one of them). You can spice them up with salt, pepper, oregano, tomato sauce, vegetable spice. You can also eat salad and a slice of bread.
Dinner: You should eat the same thing for your dinner, just half the amount. You shouldn’t eat for at least 3 hours in between your meals!
