DAY 3 – CARBOHYDRATES DAY

Lunch: You can eat a vegetarian pizza, pasta with spices, or pastry (ex. 3 bread sticks).

Dinner: You can eat 2 small slices of cake, 3 cookies, or 3 scoops of ice-cream. You also must eat a row of dark chocolate (70% of cocoa or more). You shouldn’t eat for at least 3 hours in between your meals!

DAY 4– FRUIT DAY

You can eat any kind of fruit as much as you want to for your lunch and dinner. However, you should wait for 2 hours between your meals.

WATER DAY:

The water day comes after a cycle of 7×4 days (every 29th day). So, once per month, three times during this diet you will drink only water! You can also drink tea and coffee without sugar.

When you finish the diet, you should continue eating fruits for breakfast for at least 90 days! You should also try to eat regularly and healthy.

You can notice that this diet has healthy foods, and the quantity is fair. If you can’t see any changes in the first 10 days, don’t worry, because your body is adjusting itself to the new diet and you will start to lose weight afterwards.

You should always stick to the days, and don’t skip any meals because your body needs those nutrients.

You can check your blood, and your blood pressure during the diet. Many people with hypertension say that they didn’t take any medicine for high blood pressure while they were on the diet!
