You will need the following ingredients:
- 1 tbsp. of coconut oil
- ¼ teaspoon of raw honey
- 1/8 teaspoon of sea salt
The first way you can prepare the mixture is by mixing the ingredients in a bowl well. Take it with a spoon and swallow it. Drink water if you need to.
You can also take the raw honey and the coconut oil separately and then put the sea salt in a glass of water and drink it.
If it doesn’t work at first and you still wake up in the middle of the night, take another spoon of the mixture and you will fall asleep in less than an hour.
