HOW TO GET RID OF BACK PAIN, JOINT PAIN AND LEG PAIN IN SEVEN DAYS

A long time ago we read one of the military doctors advice on how to keep your joints in good condition and at the same time eliminate many problems associated with them. We checked on it, my friends and I were quite satisfied with the results from this recipe, really – a miracle!

If you have problems with pain in the joints, back, legs, neck then these recipe is for you!

The recipe is as follows:

Buy in any store 150 gr any edible gelatin (150gr – enough for one month treatment).

In the evening, pour 5 g gelatin (two flat teaspoon) in a quarter cup of cold (from the fridge) water.

Mix and let it stand until the morning (outside the fridge).

The gelatin will swell and turn into jelly overnight.

In the morning, drink the mixture on an empty stomach. You can add juice, water or or mix the mixture with yogurt or sour milk. Or in any other way that suits you.

It works so that people who have problems with joint pain, back, legs, pain in the spine, neck, etc. After a week cease to notice them!

The course of treatment is one month. Repeat in six months.

This is a way to restore the “lubrication” of the joints. And normal functioning of many organs depends on healthy joints, because everything in our body is connected. Taking painkillers full of chemistry for someone is the only solution, and this “primitive”, undemanding treatment does not inspire confidence.
